1. Using In The Borough
Users should provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully and avoid misleading, abusive or fraudulent activity.
2. Local businesses
Businesses remain responsible for their own services, qualifications, licences, insurance, pricing, availability and legal obligations.
3. Requests, quotes and bookings
Where users request services or receive quotes, the final agreement for work is between the customer and the selected business unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Reviews
Reviews should reflect genuine experiences. Manipulated, incentivised or abusive reviews may be removed.
5. Community features
Community areas should not be used for harassment, discrimination, unlawful material, spam or misleading commercial promotion.
6. Accounts
Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity performed through their accounts.
7. Changes to the service
Features, availability and these terms may change as the platform develops.
